Morii Management Studios was born from the Japanese concept of morii – the longing to preserve a fleeting moment. We create meaningful, comfortable stays that help our guests capture the magic of the journeys, whether they’re traveling for work, exploration, or restoration. 

As a boutique property management company, we specialize in transforming rental homes into elevated short-term experiences for professionals on the move, including travel nurses, remote workers, and business travelers. While our portfolio is growing, our mission remains the same: deliver high-touch hospitality, thoughtful design, and the feeling of a true home away from home.

Morii was co-founded by Miranda Li and Erica Tsai – two friends who met while skiing in Niseko, Japan, and instantly clicked over a shared love for travel, the nomadic lifestyle, and the dream to share this kind of life with others. Miranda brings an eye for design and a background in customer experience. She’s passionate about creating warm and welcoming spaces where guests feel genuinely cared for and at home. Erica, with a background in real estate finance, thrives on operations and logistics – turning vision into reality behind the scenes. Together, they built Morii as an expression of that vision – a blend of freedom, creativity, intentionality, and the joy of helping others live in their moment.
